Haut-Médoc

Tasting: robust, with firm tannins which require settling. A well-structured wine with a nice concentration and a fine woody nose with notes of undergrowth.

Food pairing: appreciable with red meat, even spicy, it will accompany your cheeses as well.

Ageing: between 5 and 10 years. Temperature of serving: 15°C to 16°C
